JD Retail Technology & Data Mid-Platform Agile Development Excellence Awards 2019 Q1

JD Retail Technology & Data Mid-Platform initiated comprehensive agile development and management in early 2019 to focus on business value, respond quickly to changes, and improve overall R&D efficiency. By April 20, agile project adoption reached 79% with average delivery cycles shortened by 11%, significantly reducing business waiting time and delivering value earlier.

To recognize teams driving agile progress, the Project Management Department selected 7 outstanding agile teams and 7 agile champions for Q1 2019 based on four dimensions: agile promotion enthusiasm, implementation contribution, process optimization, and experience sharing. These awards will be given quarterly, with annual selections planned for year-end.

The 7 outstanding agile teams include: ARVR and Retail Innovation Technology Team (team slogan: "Agile iteration of ARVR black technology"), B2B Trading Platform's WanShang APP Project Group ("Responding to change beats following plans"), Shared Technology Department After-Sales Team ("Customer first, agile first"), Basic Trading Platform's Promotion Command Center Project Team ("Hello world, Hello scrum"), Technology Architecture Department Translation Platform Development Team ("Translation platform rapid iteration to help JD sail globally"), Retail Trading Platform's Marketing Promotion Group ("Small steps, fast running, never stopping"), and Virtual Trading Platform's JD Card Coupon Appointment Fulfillment Platform Agile Group ("Achieving customer value, virtual agile first").
