How Minsheng Bank Reached Leading DevOps Maturity via System & Tool Standards

On July 18, 2023, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) hosted the “2023 XOps Industry Innovation Development Forum” in Beijing, themed “Quality‑Efficiency Integration…”. The forum announced the latest batch of DevOps/AIOps standards assessment results.

Minsheng Bank participated with its “Software Engineering Support Platform” (PSET) and achieved an “Excellent” rating in the CAICT “R&D‑Operations Integration (DevOps) Capability Maturity Model – System and Tool Standards [Pipeline]” assessment, indicating a leading domestic level.

To date, Minsheng Bank has passed three CAICT DevOps standard assessments: one for System and Tool Standards, one for Continuous Delivery Standards, and one for Technical Operations Standards.

A (Maobin): Minsheng Bank is the first nationwide joint‑stock commercial bank initiated by private enterprises in China. The evaluated project, the Software Engineering Support Platform, is built on DevOps and “native security” concepts, forming a DevSecOps system that covers end‑to‑end lifecycle management from requirement to release.
